Paddle Tailor prepares custom pickleball gear after your order details and artwork are reviewed. Delivery timing depends on the item, artwork approval, production queue, carrier service, and destination.

Order processing

For custom paddles, edge tape, and personalized accessories, production normally begins after the submitted artwork or order details are clear enough to make. If a mockup or proof is needed, production starts after approval. Most custom orders are prepared for shipment within 5 to 10 business days after artwork approval, unless the product page or order message states a different timeline.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates begin after the order has shipped, not when the order is placed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to request an address change, contact us through our Contact Us page as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after production or fulfillment has started.

International shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

Lost or delayed packages

Carrier delays can happen after a package leaves our studio or fulfillment partner. If tracking shows an unusual delay or a package appears lost, contact us and we will help review the shipment status.

Damaged shipments

If an item arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
